1.day, 29.03.2013. Friday: Arrival. Transfer to the hotel.

We recommend You the Hotel Novotel Centrum****. This beautiful building in Art Nouveau style is situated in the centre of Budapest, on the Rákóczi street, near the Great Boulevard.

The Parsifal by Richard Wagner will be performed from 17.00 in the State Opera House.

2.day, 30.03.2013. Saturday: Full day city tour in Budapest.

We are going to visit the Heroes’ Square, the Vajdahunyad Castle and the Széchenyi Bath. Our tour will take us to the beautiful Andrássy road where we want to look at the memorial museum of Ferenc Liszt whose last flat in Hungary was

here, in the building of the former Academy of Music.

On the same tour we will visit the Saint Stephen’s Cathedral, the largest church in Budapest.


We would like to see the Castle District with the famous neogothic Matthias Church and the Fishermen’s Bastion.

Our tour will take us to the National Gallery as well where you can see pictures by Hungarian painters.

3.day, 31.03.2013. Sunday: All day excursion to Danube Bend :

Our first stop will be in Esztergom which is the catholic seat of Hungary. We will visit the largest cathedral in the country and the treasury.

Also, our tour will take us to Visegrád, where we visit the ruins of the medivial

castle and enjoy the picturesque view of Danube Bend.

Szentendre is a town of artists with a picturesque Mediterranean atmosphere. During a walk we will visit a Serb church and an exhibition by the world-famous Hungarian ceramic artist, Margit Kovács. You can have a chance to go shopping in free time.

4.day, 01.04.2013. Monday: We will travel to the South-Eastern direction where we want to visit Hollókő. This village is even a part of World

Heritage. It has kept its architecture and traditions. During a walk in Hollókő You can look at the old houses and the national costume of local people.


You can see, how the eggs are painted and the young girls will be sprinkled with water (Hungarian Easter tradition). You will see craftsmen and folkdances on the stage all day.

Transfer to the airport.
